Exercising is good for everyone, but moms? Well, they need it the most! Its not just about losing the baby weight or being able to rock their old clothes again. No, that’s not why exercising is so crucial for moms. It’s not just the health benefits to their body either.

We firmly believe that active parents have active kids. By showing your children that you make time for fitness even with your busy schedule, your kids learn that fitness is important just by watching you.

Starting at birth, kids are wired to learn from imitation. As they grow, their ability to imitate develops. This kind of imitation allows them to practise the skills of daily living and eventually to try on gender roles.

Being a Mom is stressful, be it new moms or moms with grownup kids. The endorphins that releases during a workout should be reason enough to take the time out to look after their fitness. They will come back from their workout more focused, happier and more clear-headed. It really is a win for both, the mom and their children. When they are fitter, they simply have more energy to spend with the family.

Exercise is a good way to care for themselves. Also Fit, active moms demonstrate healthy self-care values and are positive role-models for their children to emulate.

Get active, mamas. Get active for you, for your kids and for the healthy habits you want to instill in your lives. Your kids are important and they’re watching everything you do. Make fitness a priority and be sure to include them in it.
